2012 Komen Central Indiana Race For the Cure
We are so pleased you are supporting this event and the mission to end breast cancer!
 Susan G. Komen for the Cure® is the nation’s largest private source of funding for breast cancer research and community outreach programs. Locally, Komen Central Indiana granted 75% of funds raised ($1.6 million) to 17 local non-profit organizations in 2011. Globally, 25% of funds raised ($575,000) were invested in global research on the causes, improved treatments and ultimately the cures for breast cancer. These programs are funded with the donations generated by participants like you! Registration is the first step, but your fundraising efforts - even just $10 from 10 friends - will make a huge impact. This year's Race for the Cure will help determine how many Hoosiers we can help right now, as well all as how much we can invest in finding the cures to help all people in the future.
