Greetings, Walkers and Animal Lovers!!! 2010 marks the third year that Cats Haven has formed the Kitties for Titties team, and we are proud to again support the Susan G. Komen foundation in this tremendous cause. The Kitties for Titties team is one way that Cats Haven can give back to the Indianapolis community that has been so incredibly supportive to us over the last twenty-plus years.

Most animal welfare workers and volunteers are women, so the threat of breast cancer definitely hits home with all of us. Several Cats Haven volunteers know relatives and friends who have suffered from this disease. Join our team and walk with us to help raise much-needed funding for research and screening. Most of the money raised at the Indy walk stays right here in Indianapolis and goes towards screening and prevention for underserved women. Note that the Kitties for Titties team members aren't out to break any land speed records! On race day, we simply meet before the race, enjoy the morning's festivities, and then walk the 5K course. After the race, we'll go for breakfast!
